Booking and Payments
Users must book and pay for onboarding calls and other services as per the pricing and payment terms outlined at the time of booking.
All fees and charges are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or no-show for the scheduled onboarding call.
Refund Policy
Yearly Subscriptions: By subscribing to a yearly plan, you acknowledge and agree that all yearly subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is processed, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued, regardless of usage.
Other Services: Users may request a refund for services within 3 days of the initial purchase, provided that the services have not been used.
AI Software Plans: If the service plan includes any AI software, users acknowledge and agree that they are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to use Legacy CRM services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users shall not misuse the CRM platform, including but not limited to engaging in activities that harm the platform's functionality or other users.
